New RPO team

In 3rd quarter of 2008 a small group of us from the Prior Authorization Center were told that we would have the opportunity to start a new department within a new part of the organization. This is the 2nd time in 3 years that I have had the opportunity to start a new department. I love it! This new department is call Rx Production Operations. With the PA development we moved to the Taft Cincinnati office, with RPO we got to move back to the Mason office. Linda, Jean, Sheri and I have worked together for 8 1/2 years. All the people marked in purple are part of the Ohio RPO dept, three are not pictured and we have three testers and two Process Experts in California. I love our team.
